12/11 Daily Intake
Breakfast:
4 eggs
1 cup tomatoes
1 cup red grapes
20 black olives
Lunch:
1 organic chicken link
1 1/4 cup broccoli
1/2 cup blackberries
2/3 cup raspberries
12 almonds
Snack:
2oz beef jerky
6 almonds
1 apple
Dinner:
4oz Steak
2 cup Spinach
1/2 Cucumber
1/4 cup Craisins
1 cup Brocolli
4 Almonds
Garlic
Ginger
Snack:
1oz Turkey
1 Orange
6 Almonds
