Gymnastic (10 minutes)
*pick any gymnastic movement(s) and work on it/them
“Death by Clean and Jerk”
Perform 1 clean and jerk per minute and as each minute increase so do the reps count. 1st minute 1 rep, 2nd minute 2 reps, 3rd minute 3 reps, etc. After your reps are reach in that minute you can rest the remaining of the minute. Continue to clean and jerk until you can not keep up with the minute and rep count.
