(10 minute time limit)

8 rounds of:

20 seconds: ON

10 seconds: OFF

Deadlift, 45/35

Hang Clean

Front Squat

Push Press

Back Squat

*Rotating to every movement after every 2o seconds

*Receive a STAR by your  name if the bar does not touch the floor during the workout
