Coach Scott Rodriguez opened the doors of Stoneway Crossfit Seattle back in 2009, by 2016 he opened the doors at Stoneway Crossfit Mt Shasta.

Over the years Scott and his team have helped hundreds of athletes reach new potential and hundreds of non-athletes become athletes! At Stoneway Crossfit we pride ourselves on community, friendship, family and respect! Within the walls of our Box you will unlock new potential and make new friends. This is a place where everyone knows your name and everyone works together to keep each other accountable, lift each other up and cheer each other on.

We teach basic to advanced classes in functional exercise, athletic conditioning, plyometrics, kettle bell training, Olympic weightlifting, medicine ball and dumbbell training, power-lifting, gymnastics, rowing, running and jumping rope. We teach that the integrity of the movement, safety of our students, and a steady progress that develops not just athleticism, but a high quality of life is paramount.

We consider StoneWay CrossFit a school… not just another gym where you will squeeze in a workout. StoneWay is a place to learn and grow – to improve your body AND your mind – to challenge yourself, to try new things you never thought possible, to practice new skills. We teach you how to move your body with proper mechanics, to increase strength and speed, to increase your power output, to increase your endurance and stamina, to get flexible, stable, and balanced, and to move with grace and agility. We do this so that when you’re NOT with us, you can truly just have fun.

We believe that fitness is a state of mind, a way of being. It shows up in the way you talk, walk, sleep, eat, work, play, dress and relax. It is the physical embodiment of the character traits of honor, courage, confidence, discipline, integrity, responsibility, dedication, and joy. It is also instrumental in reducing the immediate and cumulative effects of stress and anxiety. We’ve found that the fitter a person is, the more he/she is physically able to do the things that bring joy and fun to life – everything from feeling strong, confident and energetic through your normal work day, running around with your kids, being physically active and playing sports, to traveling to remote corners of the earth. Being physically fit is inspiring, feels good, enriches your life, and adds both years to your life, and life to your years. People who are fit seem to have a clearer, more optimistic view of life. For us, the bottom line is this: Fitness allows you to live your best.
