What is unique about Stoneway Crossfit is that we cater to anyone, it doesn’t matter if you are 70 years old or 17. Every workout is scalable from running a mile to walking around the block, everyone can do this and we welcome anyone. SWCF personal training will push you farther than you thought possible and help to build your self-confidence so you walk taller, speak stronger and shake hands a little stronger. Our program will identify your strengths and your weaknesses. We then practice our weaknesses and try to get better at them every day. If we get better that is success, if we don’t that is commitment. SWCF personal training gives you the personal guidance you want but also makes you part of a strong team who will be there for you and help you reach your goals.
