StoneWay Endurance
Are you training for a specific type of event? (5K to Ironman) Join us on Monday's, Wednesday's and Friday's at 4pm and become the 1st generation of the StoneWay Endurance Team. If you are not training for a specific event but you want a little something extra to your SWCF WOD, join us!
Our Endurance program runs parallel with the StoneWay CrossFit WOD's. If you believe you can get twice the work done using the StoneWay CrossFit methods then you'll be a believer about the StoneWay Endurance methods. Our program is designed with the same training theory as our CrossFit theory and that is with pure INTENSITY!!! Get twice the work done. What would take you 90 minutes to 120 minutes we'll do in under 60 minutes.
Example of a "short" SWE WOD: 4 x 400m run, 2 minute rest
