When: January 14th, 2012 

Time: Registration at 8:30 AM - Competiton starts at 9:00 AM

Where: Stoneway Crossfit

Who: Teams consits of Two. One Man. One Woman.

$40 per Team.  ($50 after 1/1/12)

All abilities welcome. Workouts will be scalable, however, to be eligable for prizes you must complete the WODS without scaling.
