WOD #1 (Demo Video)

11 minute time limit

1 Hill Run

Max Front Squats, 115/75

Max Push Press, 95/65

*clock counts down, 1) run the hill 2) return and Front Squat until 4:00 minutes are remaining then start to do Push Presses.

WOD #2 (Demo Video)

2 minute Sled Push, max distance

(1 minute each partner)

then……

50 Deadlifts, 275 (lift together)

40 Wallballs, 20/12

30 Bar Hopping Burpees

10 Wall Climbs

1 Mile run, w/#45 plate
